This 35,000 SF former science complex was completely gutting of all casework, mechanical, plumbing, electrical components as well as flooring, ceiling, windows, doors, and non-structural walls.

Asbestos, Lead, and other Hazardous materials including PCBs, Mercury, Cadmium were abated, removed, and remediated as part of this project.
